Our story

Bromley’s bread (owned and run by Scott and Jenny Bromley) started out as a small, weekend farmers’ market stall, selling directly to the public with our young family in tow. After such positive feedback, we wanted to share our incredible breads with more people through supplying to some of Melbourne’s best cafes, restaurants, gourmet supermarkets and delicatessens.
Our first little shop is just by Cheltenham station and our second is just out of the hustle and bustle of Koornang Road, Carnegie. Pop in and choose from our range of beautiful, high quality sourdoughs and a fantastic selection of the most delicious pastries in town. We’ll make you a great Clark st coffee to enjoy with your pastry or lunch- eat in or take away.

We dedicate time, quality ingredients, creativity and baking craftsmanship to create the most delicious sourdoughs in Melbourne, as well as a range of innovative, flavoured loaves that are simply out of this world.
